For those who prefer to train independently, we also offer fully remote coaching. This option includes individualized program design, regular check-ins, and messaging support to keep you progressing with intention, even from a distance.

Small Group Performance Training for Athletes

 

Our small group training is designed specifically for athletes who want structure, coaching, and accountability in a high-performance setting. Groups are capped at three to ensure individual attention, targeted progressions, and a focused training environment.

We train the physical qualities that drive performance—acceleration, deceleration, force output, mobility, and repeatability—while reducing injury risk and supporting long-term athletic health. Each session is led by a performance therapist who understands the balance between performance and health.
