Mission
Support, guide, and promote the initiation of one’s responsibility for their health.
Who We Serve
We work with athletes and active adults who care about how they move, train, and feel over time. Whether you’re recovering from injury, chasing a specific goal, or trying to stay consistent as life changes, you’re in the right place.
About Zach
Zach Schwarz is a performance therapist with experience in elite athletic settings, including NCAA Division I hockey and the National Hockey League. His background in both physical therapy and strength and conditioning shapes a client experience rooted in movement quality, long-term health, and performance, whether you’re chasing a specific goal or simply trying to move and feel better every day.
Zach earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University and his Bachelor of Science from Florida Atlantic University. While at Northeastern, he worked with both men’s and women’s teams as a strength and conditioning coach, where his focus was on optimizing athletic performance and building physical capacity to meet the demands of sport.
Now, he brings that same care and focus to every session, helping clients improve how they move, train, and live, whether they’re athletes, former competitors, or active adults.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Zach training, working on his golf game, or finding his next favorite meal.
